Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

All of our deliveries (International and Domestic) are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.

All orders that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, any made to order items will be dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed.

Payment Information:

We process our payments using PayPal but there is also the option to by credit/debit card.

Returns & Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. This includes any item that has been made to order in a standard size from 8-16. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will issue a full refund but you must pay to get the items back to us.

Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund on any bespoke items that have been tailored to the customer’s own specifications unless the item is faulty.

Before you return the item, please e-mail first to let us know. You must indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the item back and we are happy with the condition, we will aim to refund you on the same day but please allow up to 7 days for it to be processed. Please make sure that you send the item through a recorded delivery service and keep proof of your return. We are unable to accept any claims if they are lost in the post.

We will not share your information with any outside organisations or individuals.
None of your Credit / Debit card information is stored on this site and we use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely.
