If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will issue a full refund but you must pay to get the items back to us.
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund on any bespoke items that have been tailored to the customer’s own specifications unless the item is faulty.
Before you return the item please fill out the contact form first to let us know. Just let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the item back and we are happy with the condition, we will aim to refund you on the same day but please allow up to 7 days for it to be processed. Please make sure that you send the item through a recorded delivery service and keep proof of your return. We are unable to accept any claims if they are lost in the post.
